Aiden Fucci is now being tested as an adult for first-degree murder, the 14-year-old who was initially charged with second-degree killing at Bailey’s death. Larizza found Bailey stabbed 114 times by the medical examiner.

“The bottom line is that it is possible to infer premeditation, certainly only from the large number of stab injuries that had to happen to Tristyn Bailey,” said Larizza. “This was premeditation every time the arm went down.”
