Simone and Jonathan started dating in March 2020 and made their Instagram relationship public in August of that same year. In her spare time, the Olympic gold winner met him on the celebrity dating app Raya, which was officially postponed due to weather.

He grew raised in St. Louis, MO. Then he played football at Missouri Western State University. From 2018 to 2019, he was a member of the Arizona Cardinals practice squad. He signed with the Texans in 2020 and lives in Houston with Biles.
