Liveops Review:- Liveops is a 2002 startup virtual contact center company. They presently employ the most work-from-home contact centre, agents. Liveops employs over 20,000 customer support workers throughout the US. The firm calls these customer care reps independent agents. Liveops calls each “category” of calling a “line”. As a call center agent, you may work on one, many, or all of them. Pick one line to start with then expand as you gain confidence and abilities.

Liveops hires you as an independent contractor for six months. So no employment perks for you… But it also means you may choose when and where you work. Working from home allows you to establish your own hours (albeit you must be “on the clock” for at least 30 minutes per work session).

As an independent agent, you’ll have access to resources and training. Liveops has program experts and other staff members committed to helping you learn the ropes and work through any difficulties you may have. You’ll also get access to all other Liveops agents through forums to exchange knowledge and tactics.

Brands and Fortune 500 businesses have used Liveops. Turbotax, AAA, Square, and Uber are examples. News sources including the New York Times, Inc, Marketwired, and MarTech Advisor have evaluated Liveops.

As you can see, this business has a solid history. That’s why their job opportunities are so popular. Because you will be working on the phone, you will need a peaceful and distraction-free workplace. However, because you establish your own hours, you may work whenever you like.

You must pass Liveops’ certification training before working with them. The course is free, however you are not paid for your time. You may be needed to take extra certification and product knowledge courses, which are not compensated. The trade-off is that once certified or mastered, you are eligible for greater employment and perhaps higher income.

You’ll need a couple things logistically. All you need is a dedicated phone line, Internet, and computer! Currently, Liveops is only compatible with Windows, therefore you’ll need a Windows PC. The IRS offers free and easy-to-get Employer Identification Numbers (EINs), which are a fantastic option if you don’t want to disclose your social security number.

The customer support representative job offers many work-from-home options. Let me go through them in this Liveops review.
