Vanquish hearing protection muffs are available in three styles: standard, pro, and elite. Each has electronic hearing protection, which allows you to hear what’s going on around you while blocking gunshots. The Pro version has a Bluetooth connection, enabling you to connect the headphones to any Bluetooth device, such as a smartphone, listen to music, and answer phone calls through an ear muff push button. The Elite version offers the same functionality as the Pro version but with built-in Lithium-ion batteries. Four AAA-replaceable batteries are required for the Standard and Pro variants. The version evaluated was the Champion Vanquish Pro pair of earmuffs.

While wearing headphones, an audible tone indicates that they are turned on, and you will hear ambient sounds that may be multiplied or reduced using the volume controls on each end of the extended power button. Bluetooth is situated just above the power button in the middle. By tapping and holding Bluetooth for a few seconds, you may turn it on or off. Once connected to your phone, you may answer phone calls with a simple click of the Bluetooth button.
